Everyone wants to look like a celebrity. Is there any particular “lifestyle” that you follow?
A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. They go hand in hand. Mental health is imperative for physical health. Exercising every day helps you improve your mood, increase your energy, and be productive.
Many of us enjoy exercising because it makes us feel good, reduces stress but the most important thing is to find an exercise that resonates with you! It’s important to keep yourself active and maintain exercise as a regular habit.
Food CRAVING is rewarding from time to time, but it’s not good all the time.
Follow a meal routine and always limit your serving size and stick to what is good for your body.
What is your idea of a healthy lifestyle? Please shed some light on your workout routine and diet plan.
Healthy lifestyle for me is Healthy diet, moderate to vigorous daily physical activity. I am following the same thing for so many years now this is something that comes naturally to me.
I always make sure that workout. I do a variety of exercises I make sure that I get in the gym at least 3-4 times a week; I do weight training, kickboxing along with functional training.
A combination of exercises allows you to work more and burns more calories. Choosing the best exercises gives you an even more efficient routine. My Trainer makes sure that I follow the correct posture and technique and performing exercises correctly and efficiently.
How to get into a healthy lifestyle?
Every diet doesn’t work the same for everyone. Firstly, understand the body type. Many people think that “body type” just describes the way someone looks. On the contrary, your body type can also provide information about how you respond to food intake and about your adjusted nutrient intake to maximize body composition and health-related goals. Irrespective of body type, avoid crash diets, processed food, and soda.
Next step is to decide to inculcate physical activity into your daily life; choose the right kind of activity for you. The most important thing to remember is to choose a type of physical activity that you’re likely to enjoy.
Getting a personal trainer when you are a beginner is a very good idea to figure out the right combination of diet and physical activity! A personal trainer may be just what you need to finally reach your fitness and weight loss goals. They can help you with their knowledge and experience.
“Just don’t only think of yourself, let’s contribute, act for kindness, make
small changes in lifestyles and being a responsible part of the society.”
There are times even the fittest person has to go through rough patches. How can one be positive and get through such situations?
This happened when I was a participant in Khatron ke Khiladi. I trained myself 1 month before I left for Argentina for the adventure show- Fear Factor: Khatron ke Khiladi, but unfortunately, I was down with dengue. Dengue reduced my muscle strength and endurance, reduced my exercising tolerance, and increased perceived fatigue. It reduced my speed, precision, and coordination. Once I started the show, I threw myself into the competition and the Adrenaline rush was so high that I was able to direct my energy properly.
Somewhere along the way, it was very clear that I’ll not quit. Where there is a will there ‘s a way! It’s about pushing yourself. My mental strength is what kept me going!
What is your view on “conscious shopping”?
Shopping is my weakness, it’s something extremely therapeutic at the end of a not-so-great and it makes me feel a little better; whether it is a handbag that I get or a dress that looks beautiful. For me, shopping has been a mood-changer! It makes the day just a tad brighter.
I prefer brands that offer quality products or products that last long, looks good and should be ethically designed.
Celebrities play an important role in influencing the people in general. What celebrities do or say is more impactful than any other media! What is your take on today’s youth wanting to be picture perfect?
We need to understand that we are our version of beautiful. It is okay to look totally different, to be unique. You just need to embrace it and love it. Everyone is beautiful in their own way.
You should feel comfortable in your skin. Someone who looks strong could be weak inside or someone who looks fat could be physically fit. Yes, it’s possible to be overweight and healthy. Get the facts around weight and health, and understand the principles of ‘health at every size and age’.
Respect your body and take care of it. Be realistic about your genetic makeup and realize that all bodies are different. When you are practicing self-care you feel good, your body will likely balance out at its natural weight.
What message would you like to give to your fans?
